I am new to the board. Its my very first day and its so big I haven’t had a chance to read very much. It certainly looks very interesting with lots of topics and information.

I am sure that God’s spirit lives here.

You don’t know me and I don’t know you but let us pray for one another. When I get time I will certainly make a prayer list. I believe God hears and answers prayer. I believe that ill people who are prayed for recover better than others and studies have been conducted to prove it is so.

My husband, Gunter, is 68. He is still working part time or he was until last Nov. He has never been sick or hospitalized before. Now he is to have surgery next Monday to remove his bladder because of cancer We are being calm and praying it hasn’t spread.

I don’t know any of you on the board but I feel sure you are walking in the Holy Spirit and I would be so very happy and relieved if you could say a prayer for Gunter.

Thank you so very much,
Genevieve

Keeping Gunter in prayer…

Father of all mercy, look with Divine love upon Gunter and Genevieve. You have made them one flesh, and thus both are suffering the affliction of cancer. As Gunter undergoes surgery, graciously breathe Your Holy Spirit not only upon him, but also upon the doctors, nurses and technicians, guiding their hearts, minds and hands. Lord of love, even the cells of our bodies obey Your commands. Be it Your Divine will that Gunter is healed of this affliction, so that the two persons in one flesh may be restored to peace and may praise Your Holy Name. Strengthen them in faith and love, that they may accede to Your will in all things. I ask this through Christ, our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, One God for ever and ever. Amen.

I would be very happy to pray for Gunter and for you, as well. Welcome to CAF! 👋

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us, sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Its such a busy board here.

po18guy : Simply beautiful, simply divine. Tears…

Genevieve,

I will pray that the Almighty Father will grant a complete healing to Gunter. I’ll also pray for strength and peace for both of you as you undergo this trial.

Welcome to CA and please keep us posted.

God Bless,
Gary

Hello Genevieve,

I’ve found your request from one of your posts on other forum. Your husband is in my prayer. I will ask my friends from Legion of Mary group meeting tonight to pray for him and your family as well.

God bless!

I will pray for your family’s intentions.

Oh…Thank You All So Very Very Much.
I am totally overwhelmed with the wonderful response,
love, care ,and concern you are all showing to myself, a total stranger. I will pray for others when my own problems subside somewhat.

God is with you always and may he bless everyone of you daily for the good work you are doing. Thank you again.

I will pray for your intentions in my daily rosary.

God Bless
In Jesus through Mary
