Amen. I love where your heart is at, and that is my inclination as well.
My experience has been difficult though. I spend time trying to correct misinformation, and it starts to make me look like I’m correcting the Pope. And this amongst Catholics who attend Mass weekly. I don’t even get a chance to move on to the “yesses” that the “no’s” point toward, because I’ve got maybe five seconds of air-time to speak.
I would love for Priests to speak some words on the issue, because it means so much more coming from them. What amazes me is that I’ve heard nothing about it outside of the MSM. As far as I can tell, they’re the only ones directing the narrative. I can’t figure out if Priests are simply waiting for the dust to settle, or if most people don’t care enough to know, making it a moot point. That’s not an insult, just an observation. Most people don’t have time to research this stuff, and don’t follow Catholic news that much.
