Mdgs do you understand what the hearing in March is all about?

There has been no statement from the seminary in Sydney regarding the Commital Hearing and there won’t be.

Damien Dignan’s passing is being treated the same as the other 6 or 7 who passed away in the Diocese this week. They were all in Sunday Prayers in Mass

And again, Damian is not the only complainant.

Sheesh,

The are some important new developments on the matter as the time of the March preliminary hearing comes nearer, when the charges against him could be dismissed for lacking evidence.
Which new developments? The death of a witness /accuser?

Charges being dropped is always a potential outcome of a committal hearing. The purpose of such a hearing is for a magistrate to get an insight into the extent and quality of evidence in support of the charges and to decide if the evidence warrants a trial.
