The Synod on the Family in Rome today heard of the survival of a thriving and vital Catholic adoption service in Scotland in spite of secular challenges that forced lengthy and expensive legal proceedings.

Archbishop Philip Tartaglia, the representative of Scotland’s bishops at this month’s Synod on the Family in Rome, drew on personal experience in his intervention today.
