Zedekiah (1) was a prophet, the son of Chenaanah. He opposed Micaiah and supported Ahab in his anti-Syrian alliance with Jehoshaphat. 1 Kings 22.11, 24, 25; 2 Chronicles 18.10, 23, 24
Zedekiah (2), originally named Mattaniah, was the third son of Josiah and uncle of Jehoiachin whom, on the orders of Nebuchadrezzar, he succeeded as king of Judah (reigned ca. 597-587 B.C.).
