This is what happens when Catholics vote for politicians who support in their public statements and/or votes:
Abortion,
Euthanasia,
Contraception,
Embroyonic Stem Cell Research,
or Gay Marriage.

Not only do the morals decline in our Country, but it ultimately leads to destruction of freedom of Religion.

All Catholics are required to Vote.
All politicians are not equal.

The Catholic Health Association (CHA)–which broke with the nation’s bishops by supporting health-care legislation passed in March 2010–has expressed its concern about a new mandate that …

CHA Weighs In on Conscience Regs and Mandates
The Catholic Health Association has just released the following statement from their President, Sister Carol Keehan. For those who do not recall, Sr. Carol was the only non-politician to receive one of the signing pens for the President’s health care reform law. If the White House won’t listen to her, they won’t listen to anyone. Here is the statement:
The Catholic Health Association is both pleased and concerned by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services’ (HHS) recent actions on preventive services for women.

We appreciate that the Administration does not intend to include abortifacient drugs as covered contraception. Our comments will address our concerns about the mechanism of action of certain FDA-approved contraceptive drugs.

:tsktsk:
No form of contraception is acceptable.

Amen. And when you vote for people who claim health care is not a right you get people who please the devil. They are the ones who want to cut services for the poor (Christ’s constituents) but block any measure to place some burden on those best able to afford it (the rich and powerful). I’m with you sister. We need to send a message to the ‘haves’ that it is the ‘have nots’ for whom Jesus is champion. God Bless.

The wring their hands while their chickens come home to roost.

Maybe they should have listened to the bishops and to those on the right who knew what this law was designed for and how evil it truly is.

I don’t blame them for being concerned. I am also concerned. I mean, first its that insurance companies have to cover birth control. Next they will be forced to cover abortions.

In the USA, “Obamacare” is not the answer. The poor in this Country have been getting health care through Medicaid. The elderly through Medicare.
The poor in the USA get food stamps, housing assistance, and other financial aid.
Those who have no insurance and show up at hospitals for non-emergencies are treated for free.

All we really needed to do was change the law to provide for those with pre-existing conditions.
And free clinics for thosewho may be truly in need.

The ‘death panels’ of Obamacare (making health care decisions remotely), and forcing Christian hospitals and health care workers to go against their religion/conscience to provide sterilization, contraception, abortion and euthanasia (in some States) is not health care - but DEATH CARE.
Look for rationing of health care in the future - especially for the very young and the elderly.
Obamacare was approved by evil doers.

Someone needs to give Sr. Carol and the CHA a copy of the “Catechism of the Catholic Church, Second Edition”.
Contraception including but not limited to sterilization, Abortion, Euthanasia all violate Church teachings.

See 2399 and 2370 in the “CATECHISM of the CATHOLIC CHIURCH, Second Edition”.

She’s right, I am an evil doer and I also approved of obamacare

I sincerely don’t know how ANYONE could have approved of this disastrous bill. First of all, we don’t even really know yet EVERYTHING that’s in in…too much of it left to “interpretation”. And then people were paid off to vote for it. What we do know, is that this bill is a pro death bill. We now know (and of course suspected at the time) that the “executive order” signed by Obama that excluded abortion was and is a TOTALLY WORTHLESS piece of paper. What a joke. We also now know that Sarah Palin (not a total fan of hers btw) was indeed correct when she said that part of the bill included “death panels”. Everything we know about this bill so far is totally “unhealthy.” Terrible, terrible, terrible bill. Hopefully they find it unconstitutional.

God bless America and God bless the President

Definitely!

I just wrote to (Sister) Carol Keehan (again)

She can be reached at this address:

Carol -
Are you beginning to recognize your flawed thinking
in regard to this President’s view of Faith? For now,
I should begin to help buy birth control for all - even
his daughters when they come of age?

Yet, not to worry, obama has a plan if his daughters
should get pregnant unexpectedly. He made his
sentiments clear - way back in pre-election days.
In March 2008, pro-life Catholics heard/read this:

“But it should also include — it should also include other, you know, information about contraception because, look, I’ve got two daughters. 9 years old and 6 years old,” he added. “I am going to teach them first of all about values and morals. But if they make a mistake, I don’t want them punished with a baby,” Obama said."

(Golly gee, Mister, whatever could you mean? Put them
on the pil, but if that “fails” then there’s always the PP
abortion mills? Yes. We know. You’d kill you grandchildren
before they could even draw a breath.)

Guess you didn’t know about that, Carol? Truly, you should
re-new your faith, not only your politics. Heaven help you.

(Yes, I sgned my name.)

You do NOT have a right to the time, talent, work, and money of another. You should re-read your Catechism.

They proudly supported Obama-Care and accepted their pens; now let them get used to living with the stench of it.
