I often say the rosary or the Divine Mercy chaplet on my fingers when I don’t have a rosary bead with me when walking or while my husband is driving. I’ve tried saying them while I’m driving but always mess up lol

“Hard to swallow pill” is an idiomatic that means “hard to accept”. Jesus called out the Pharisees for their hypocrisy, something some were probably not fond of hearing.
 
Yeah, I understand that. What’s with the pills in the hand? That’s the part I don’t get

Oh, never mind. The Pharisees in the top frame are the hypocrites in the lower frame

It’s more like the pill is telling them that they are hypocrites.
