I loved this.

I’ve heard it said that dogs have masters while cats have staff.😏

There’s a joke about two dogs and a cat who died and whose souls (which are supposed immortal for the sake of the story) find themselves before God for judgement.

God asks the first dog : “So tell me, what did you do with your life ?” and the dog answers : “I was a guarding dog and I watched over my masters and I kept thieves away and I growled fiercely when people I didn’t like came by and I was a Good Dog.” God says : “You are a good and faithful servant; enter the joy of your Master.”

God then turns to the second dog and asks the same question. The second dog answers : “I was a family dog and I played with the kids and I cuddled with the grown-ups and I went everywhere with them and comforted them when they were sad and I was a Good Dog.” Again, God says : “You are a good and faithful servant; enter the joy of your Master.”

Finally, He turns to the cat and asks : “And you, what do you have to say ?” And the cat answers : “I’d very much like to know why You are sitting in my chair.”
 
It took me literally 3 minutes puzzling over that meme before I read it out loud, and then it hit me!

YES!
 
I am trying to think in a person who if I don’t insult I would be offending God 🤔

The only person that comes to my mind is the antichrist…

Insulting someone and delivering a truth that they simply find insulting are two different things. I suspect that it was more of the latter that the saint had in mind.
