The history of persecution and secret codes are a myth, but it doesn’t mean the song can’t be used for catechesis today 😉

I just typed this into Google… it came up with “Can Jesus save my marriage.” 😓
 
Actually I kind of like it, but I stopped setting my radio to music stations, so I don’t hear it that much.
 
Haha, everyone beat me to it… 🙂

Babushka is a grandmother. But they traditionally wear headscarves in their climate, so the term is also used for headscarves because they’re associated with grandmothers, rather than naming grandmothers after their headscarves. 🙂
