I have family that is still mormon, and go occationally with them to Sacrement Meetings, but never told them my catholic leanings, it is kinda like my being a New Order Mormon, instead of a TBM.
Questions for you:
Any of you still attend occational sacrement meetings, as well as the Daily Mass, and Sunday Mass ?
Do you still have family that are still Mormons?
Are there any of the Mormon teachings you still follow?
I still follow the Word of Wisdom to a point, since I do drink Mountain Dews, but basically don’t smoke or drink, also I am very much still attached to the preexistence concept, due to the very large amount of NDEs on the internet that seem to support some form of preexistence, even if it is not as detailed as what mormons describe it.
I have to admit that I do have trouble with some of the mormon teachings right from the start, was baptised mormon Oct 1971, and those teachings I have trouble with are about the Baptisms for the Dead and the Eternal Marriage, but I am still attached to the concept of a preexistence of the soul, before our lives here on this Earth.
Google “Pre-Birth Experiences” and Preexistence.
There is a website for us people that are not True-Blue-Mormons(TBM). www.newordermormon.org
