It’s all a demon, who knows how to bully.

Lord Jesus protect us.

Being the object of criticism from parents, knowing your classmates will be told that you are a sinner, not allowed to use the regular bathrooms, facing a lifetime of rejection and shunning, those are special privileges?

Social contagion is a big factor in this recent exponential rise in gender confusion.

No, kids used to not do this. The only reason why kids think this way is because they are confused, perhaps a very low level of self esteem, and suddenly society has told them gender can be assigned
I don’t think this is correct. I think this has been around forever, and it has always been a issue for some kids. The difference, is that in the past they lived terrified and miserable lives, fearful of letting their families know and hiding their true selves away for fear of the retribution of being honest about who they were.

Today, they are able to let sun shine on who they are. All of it. And they are able to take steps to be more comfortable in their own skin.

Of course there is no substantial, believable data on what happened hundreds of years ago with regard to this issue. Or even 50 years ago. This is new territory, without a doubt.

Do you have evidence of this?

Let me propose an alternate theory:. We can agree this whole issue of childhood/teenage transgenders is around 10 years old. We can Al see that teenage suicide rates have increased 56% the last ten years.

Now, I am not attributing this sudden and drastic spike in suicides to the transgender phenomena. I am saying that the current, conventional wisdom regarding childhood and teenage mental health has likely gone far off the rails. And part of that conventional wisdom is that transitioning is a good thing (again, with no evidence)

It’s everyone around the child who is either pushing or caving in to the unholy agenda.

That is not the implication being made 8n order to falsely represent those of us on one side of this argument.

Why would you reject your son?
A lot of LGBT young people are afraid that after they come out and their parents and others know that they are gay or lesbian or bisexual or transgender, they will reject them. And it’s not a totally unfounded fear. According to some estimates, up to 40% of homeless youth are LGBT. That’s why coming out is so difficult because there is always a little fear that the people who love you might not love you any more once they know the real you.

There is not reason to judge LGBT tendencies or attractions. Neither is there reason to treat transgenders an opposite gender.

Its not wrong to be homosexual, only to have sexual relations. Similarly, it is not wrong to have transgender feelings and tendencies, but wrong to assume the opposite gender.

If that’s true (which I dont believe), then this school also needs to refrain from positive action.

What he is implying is correct. We don’t fully understand transgenderism and gender dysphoria yet and the Church should stay in a “listening phase” with regards to transgenders before hurling itself into another Galileo moment.

Its implying that the Church might assume the false gender. So what would prevent marriage in the Church of “same sex” couples, if they no longer regard them the same gender?

Will the Church investigate each case to determine “true gender”?
