Catholic Seminarians Boycott Graduation from Beijing Seminary

These are the kind of shepherds we need to lead the flocks!

The decision was made after the seminarians discovered that the illegitimate – and excommunicated – rector of the seminary, Bishop Ma Yinglin, was scheduled to offer the graduation Mass.

Does anybody think there can be anything done for these Seminarians? Could they still go to another Seminary someplace else?

thanks. I have looked it up. seminary standard and training differs from place to place. I don’t know How it is in China. but I know the church does much to discourage mob mentality among seminarians because the church is not a political party. based on the peculiarity of the case however some of the seminarians might be called back. many things are involved and each might be considered individually before a conclusion is drawn.
