A missionary at a college where she helps students grow in their Catholic faith, she is willing to give up her health care, saying that if she must make a choice she will follow her faith. She could die from not having the money to treat her life-threatening health problem. In spite of this, she says she will gladly obey God rather than men. She also is one of the two private citizens who have joined seven states and several organizations challenging the mandate in court. See
