Catholics, and why we don't go to "other churches"

So you can see The Holy Bible - The Word of God is exactly that GOD’S WORD to us. In reading it we hear His voice and know His will. God left us Truth and did not leave us in the hands of man who is sinful (all fall short) except Jesus.

Also, the Bible does not say the Catholic Church is the pillar and foundation of truth but the foundation is JESUS CHRIST (THE CORNERSTONE) and his church is the true church of believers in Him and who have received Him as their savior - did NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.

So, men * can be in error, but you can’t? How do you know whether you are interpreting the Bible correctly? Are you infallible?*

But you haven’t answered our question.

How did you ‘get’ the Word of God.

Where in the Bible did it list the instruction to compile the Bible and give the works that would be included?

Also, I’ll start a new thread for you so this one is not hijacked.

Men can be in error since we are all sinners except Jesus. I am not interpreting the Word of God - I am just GIVING IT TO YOU AS IT IS WRITTEN. Let it speak for itself. Jesus was and is the Living Word and the Bible is the Written Word. I am fallible but I read the Word of God as it is written by Men moved by the Holy Spirit as scripture says. God wanted us to have the Truth (we know how much lies are out there) so He gave us HIS WORD and He said do not add to it or take away from it. Take it for what it says. Remember the Words Jesus spoke are usually in red in some Bibles. His Words not mine.
