Now I understand where you are coming from. You are 17, fly often and run into a lot of Indians, Arabs, Sheik and Hindus in North Carolina. Wake up and read the news, Churches or Christians are attacked almost everyday in Islamic countries. Most Muslims are not terrorist but most terrorist are Muslims. My son in law can tell you some stories about living in Lebanon during their civil war as a Christian when the Muslims would drag you from a home or car and killyou just because you were Christian. If Muslims want to be seen as peaceful it is up to them to clean up their religion.

Do you not know that Pope John Paul II was shot by a Muslim? Is that not an attack on the Vatican?

I currently live in NC, but I lived in California, the cultural hotspot of America, majority of my short time on Earth. I’ve been the minority in everywhere I lived and there are always people from other countries that I interacted with on a regular basis. I’ve lived and visited in 15 other states as well, but beyond that, I do read the paper and watch the news. I’m aware that there are Christian hate attacks carried out by Muslims, but the pagans did the same to the missionaries, nothing new, for hundreds of years this has been happening. Most terroist aren’t Muslims actually, European terrorists tend to be Muslims, but S. America is full of Christian one and Mexico is full of Catholic one specifically. Asia is full of terrorist of other religions too. If there was a census of all terrorists, like the number of Muslims who are terrorist is the minority by far, so to would the number of terrorists being Muslim. Just point a few things out…

I think that you have brought up some good points but if you want to convince anyone of the tripe you just posted you’re going to have to back it up with credible sources.

You are wrong, there are more terrorist in the Middle East than the rest of the world combined, and that does not count the Islamic terrorist in Pakistan, the Philippians, and so on. I just hope that you are not dead wrong some day.

Oh I do my theology. I read the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the Conpendium of the Catholic Church, the Bible (both the RSV, NAB, and the DR-Translations). I have not found any document of the Catholic Church that claims that humans are not sinners.

There is none. If you read the Bible, when Adam and Eve sin, death came into the world. In order to restore the relationship between humanity and God, God send his only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ and save us from our sins. He lived, died, and rose again from the dead, and seated at the Right Hand of the Father.

Even though Jesus saved us from our sins, we can lose our salvation when we sin or break God’s law. In order to restore our salvations, we must repent and confess our sins. We are still sinners, and we are also saints. I am a sinner, and so are you. Don’t deny it that you can live a life without sinning. No human being here can live in righteous life. They will be cut off unless they repent.
Gregory’s post was some of the most unique BS I have ever read.

Well I don’t know, a few decades ago half of central America was a terrorist group against one faction or another and their friends. Mexico has antire terrorist organiztion that basically runs things. These are the ones closest the US. India has terrorists of non-mulsim affiliation and Japan. Not sure of China as we don’t hear much from within. I could break down into every region or country, but Muslim terrorism is regional mostly, only from Muslim border regions for the most part. I guess I pay attention to things too much on the news and in my classes on these things.

Thats may be so, only because it is a densly populated area in comparison to most places (land and people ratios) on Earth other than China and India. I strongly doubt that 100,000 to 200,000 terrorist in the Middle East outnumbers all the others of different affiliation groups in the world. That’s not even the number of people in one average country out of hundreds.

I may be wrong, there isn’t like a cesus of terrorists around the world or anything. I’m just going by what seems to make sence to me, maybe not to you. I really don’t care either way though, doesn’t change anything.
