How do you explain the naral ratings of the democrats vs republicans?
It is wrong to deprive needy people of free health care on the ground that the government will pass another law which is contrary to one’s beliefs and values. In a democracy one shouldn’t attempt to impose one’s beliefs and values on others but respect their God-given rights to choose what to believe and how to live provided that they do not contravene the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. If they are determined to have an abortion nothing will stop them even it means going abroad or to a back street practitioner. In the meantime men, women and children are suffering and dying due to lack of proper medical treatment.Your agenda in trying to make people believe that voting has no influence in the abortion laws is suspect at the least.
Do you deny that the democratic platform states openly that they are for abortion on demand?
Do you deny that the republican platform states that they are against abortion.
How do you explain the naral ratings of the democrats vs republicans?
Look at your law. Look at how you have accepted this mass killing. It is wrong to deprive needy people of free health care on the ground that the government will pass another law which is contrary to one’s beliefs and values. Perfectly accurate, cogently, and brilliantly stated. Do you think the millions of the most innocent whose lives were ended would agree with you?Perfectly accurate, cogently, and brilliantly stated. Thanks for voicing sanity on this issue.![]()
Thank you for that encouragement! In the UK the Conservatives who represent big business are privatising the National Health Service because there are immense profits to be made in providing medical treatment. That is the real motive in the States for opposing any change in the system: big money is at the root of it…It is wrong to deprive needy people of free health care on the ground that the government will pass another law which is contrary to one’s beliefs and values. They will be ended regardless of whatever health system is in place. You can’t force women to have a baby if they’ve made up their mind to get rid of him or her. I’m appalled just as much as you are by abortions but we have to be realistic in a secular society. It’s a waste of time pining for the past and living in a dream world…Do you think the millions of the most innocent whose lives were ended would agree with you?
Oh I see your reasoning, can’t beat them join them? They will be ended regardless of whatever health system is in place. You have failed to refute the points I have made and your rhetorical question fails to further the discussion in any way whatsoever…Oh I see your reasoning, can’t beat them join them?
Refute the claim about big business? Come on.You have failed to refute the points I have made and your rhetorical question fails to further the discussion in any way whatsoever…
Refute the claim about big business? Come on.
This is really a silly question. You appear to be justifying your stance by saying many abortions instead of “as” many abortions. I think you know the answer that more people would do something if their were no cost rather than if they had to pay for it.
- Do you deny that many abortions will be performed regardless of whatever health system is in place?
Of course not, but read my answer to your first silly question, applies here as well.
- Do you deny that you can’t force women to have a baby if they’ve made up their mind to get rid of him or her?
- Do you deny that there are immense profits made out of medical treatment?
What do you think are immense profits? Do you know what their profits are? Do you realize that profits also help the retirement of many who have investments in profitable businesses? Is making a profit and sharing that profit with others wrong?
Substitute slavery for abortion. If something is wrong it is wrong and should be fought and not joining the “wrong” side and helping to make it seem right.
- Do you deny that one shouldn’t attempt to impose one’s beliefs and values on others but respect their God-given rights to choose what to believe and how to live?
If so why?
That is a silly answer! (I reply in kind.)You appear to be justifying your stance by counting the number of abortions as a justification for depriving an entire nation of free health care for millions who are the victims of an unjust capitalist system. (And don’t think I’m biased against the US because the UK has been dominated by inherited power and wealth for a thousand years - even though it is now under under the cloak of democracy which has done little to change the basic social structure of society.

It is very wrong when it results in millions of people living in desperate poverty in the richest nation in the world.

Non sequitur. Have you ever heard of the principle of the lesser evil?
I
False! You are an apologist for letting human beings die unnecessarily because of human greed and selfishness under the cloak of “the right to make a profit”- which is often vicious and excessive at other people’s expense…have a question for you…Do you realize that your church says that it is killing a human being? You say you are against it, yet you are an apologist for those that openly promote it.
You speak rightly. and we pay twice as much as the next most expensive country for the privilege of going bankrupt through medical expenses where they can at least remain sovent. And so on. I’ve posted it alll before.Thank you for that encouragement! Do you have an estimate for the number of these men, women and children? In the meantime men, women and children are suffering and dying due to lack of proper medical treatment.
The problem with your arguments are that you are speaking from another country and do not have the first hand experience to see that almost all of what you are saying has very little truth to it.That is a silly answer! Wherever there is money, there is big business. So they are involved whether the doctor is private or public. And Govt is the biggest business of all.Thank you for that encouragement! No, I can’t force women to have a baby, or a meth head to stop his habit, etc. etc. Are arguing that when things are common, they are no longer a sin? They will be ended regardless of whatever health system is in place. - You have signally failed to refute my statements and evaded them with the feeble assertion that I am “speaking from another country” as if that means I know nothing whatsoever about the US!
- Both US citizens and European citizens have given me detailed eye-witness reports of the hardships of those who - unlike you - are deprived through no fault of their own of medical treatment given to their pets by wealthier people.
- Thank you for exposing your inability to defend the grossly unjust and inhuman lack of a basic human necessity which is provided in much poorer nations - and fast disappearing in the UK as the result of a government consisting of millionaires which is ensuring that the rich are getting richer and the poor are steadily getting poorer.
- Despite the fact that Iain Duncan Smith, the work and pensions secretary, claims to be a Catholic he is taking the first steps to downgrade the former Labour government’s commitment to eradicating child poverty in 2020…
