[Bukowski] has made this claim over and over on CAF. And everytime someone has corrected him. He does not want to get it or he is not capable of getting it.
I think it’s a little of both. He’s one of those people who have a smidgen of intelligence, but hasn’t figured out how to use it. He left the Catholic Faith for Mormonism. How bright can he be??

Do you really think that insulting his intelligence is helpful?
Thanks for trying! This is like a school yard, waiting for Mommie to come and grab somebody by the ear and drag them home.

Your posts are in need of oxygen.

Make it to confession yet?
No but I might be if I get any older… That’s probably why God needs oxygen, He’s pretty old you know!

Hey, you know when you are perfect in every way, it makes it tough to find any faults… 😉

(dodging lightning strikes)

Oh you clever clever boy. Where is that oxygen mask mister smarty?
That was in reference to Mary, right? She doesn’t need one. Mary was dead when she was assumed into heaven and there’s nothing to indicate she was brought back to life there. If you have other information, you know more about it than we do

Ah yes that other great one

It’s true because it’s old!

I get it now. OK well thanks for setting me straight.

I didn’t realize Joseph Smith lived in the 18 hundreds, so I guess you have disproved all of Mormonism now. Gosh what church should I join?
What church should you join? Well, seems completely obvious to me. Seeing as we can discount Christ’s Church for 2000 years (it is old after all, and old things are, well old (you forgot that it’s vibrant and alive with over 1 billion members, but I digress). Also, teachings of the Church Fathers, and the one and the same faith held true through history of the Church (read catechism), belief and example lived out in the lives of the Saints. The Body and Blood of Christ - the life of the Church. Yep, with those little things out of the way it leaves it up to us to determine which Church most closely resembles what we want it too, for your personal needs of course. Kewl… Now if we could just narrow it down a bit. There are after all something like 35,000 “Christian” churches with ever changing doctrine…

Aw heck, maybe the easiest thing to do is to form a new church we’ll just say that this new Church is the “real” church. Puhleeeeezzze. Been there - done that - over and over and…

Wow and I thought that the term Dormition meant something… It is Dogma of the Catholic Church that the Body and Soul of Mary were not separated (she did not die) prior to the assumption.

😉

You shouldn’t wait too long before going to confession, especially as old as you are.

God doesn’t age, you dolt.

Don’t dodge, confess up! Think of it as oxygen for your soul.

So Mary is dead and doesn’t need oxygen, but Jesus is alive and needs oxygen? Just checking. I’m kinda worrying about if they all will be OK and all…

Hey man, we don’t let silly little things like doctrine bother us around here! If she’s dead and so doesn’t need oxygen, there’s just that much more oxygen for us to breathe!

God doesn’t age, you dolt.
See that’s what enough oxygen will do for you. Michael Jackson tried that too I understand.

Dolt? I haven’t heard that one in a long time. You must be almost as old as I am.

Hey! I get it. Sorry to blow your cover Mfbukowski…

RebeccaJ, he’s no dolt, just being sarcastic. More importantly he is also a true blessing …here exercising the our largely weak/mushy Catholic minds, microscopic intellects, and pigeon chested spirituality (humility is good remember).

Mfbukowski is a cause for us to think, understand and grow in the faith and for that sir, I thank you 👍

Can I add you to my friends list (I would hate to think that all that sucking up was for naught) 😉

Don’t you have something to do?

Sure. I am not quite sure what that means-- does it cost anything? 😉

I’m not sure what it means either. I’m very new to this site and the blogosphere. So I bleg your pardon.

I thought with over a thousand posts you might have had at least 1 friend already 😉
