I do not have updates on Catholic-Orthodox cooperation in defeating the unjust law. I haven’t seen any public cooperation between the Catholic and Orthodox Churches on related public policy issues since 2012, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t happening. The Catholic Church has shifted much of its focus to the court cases and only recently released a related public policy in support of the Marriage and Religious Freedom Act which will forbid the federal government from denying individuals or organizations a grant, contract, or employment because of a religious belief that marriage is the union of one man and one woman.
