Please join me in praying for Chase Hilgenbrinck, the former professional soccer player who retired on July 14, 2008 to enter Mount St Mary’s Seminary to become a priest!! Also, continued prayers for an increase in vocations and an increase in visibility of this young role model for other men.

Amen to these prayers. Thanks be to God for this good man’s response to God’s call! May others follow!
 
Praise to God, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. May Jesus shine within Chase as a beacon, leading people to God and encouraging others to become priests and nuns. May he be true to the faith in his life and his preaching, without reservation or hesitation.

Thank you Jesus, may he be the first of many.
