Chicago Nun Apologizes - No distinction between “pro-choice” and “pro-abortion”.

“Sister Anita Baird, the founding director of the Office of Racial Justice for the Chicago Archdiocese, has apologized for saying that President Obama is simply pro-choice and not pro-abortion, and now professes that “there can be no distinction” between the two.”

Did she see the light? Hmmm…

A nun who doesn’t wear a habit sticks her foot in her mouth. Not surprised there.

  • Yeah, I was surprised that she was not wearing a habit in her picture as well.
I believe it was one of the popes that said that All troubles in the world can be traced to lukewarm Catholics — and Man was he right!

127 of the 132 Catholic Democratic members of the House of Representatives voted for the healthcare bill – that included federal funding of abortion!

That made me sick to my stomach to learn that – the same way it did to learn that 52% of Catholics voted for Obama. I can only hope that they did not first go to his own website - and look at his record of voting regarding abortion.

Today in the novena of Divine Mercy, the prayer is for lukewarm Catholics.
We all benefit from that prayer!

When every political party in Canada opposed abortion on the grounds of law, when judges themselves were affirming the law as being against abortion in every case brought before them, it was jurors in Catholic Quebec who were making a mockery of the law of the nation’s judges and liberal politicians by going against the law in order that abortionist Morgentaller would go free.

Even when judges would overturn the jury’s deicision because it could not be based in law, the jurors of Catholic Quebec sided with the abortionist time and again.

Very much, there is no abortion law in Canada today, not because of liberal politicians, not because of activist judges, but only because the jurors in a predominately Catholic province negated both the law of the land and God’s law on abortion, and sided with the right of an abortion to destroy unborn human life.

if Catholics are going to choose life, they will have to be prepared to fight other Catholics every step of the way.

We can choose life, or we can choose Catholic unity, but not both.

Therefore choose life. Choose to remain true to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
