Use the “Value” selections at Wendy’s. Get a small chili and a small salad with two or three packets of crackers. Use low calorie dressing, and you’ve gotten a protein rich meal, with lower salt and fat. And, not a budget breaker.I remember visiting Wendy’s website while Dave Thomas was still alive. The website seemed more open about his faith, at that time. Now, I don’t think there’s anything there about his faith. I remember the food as tasting good, but for some reason, I was concerned about the calorie and fat content. It’s also expensive for someone of my socio economic status, which is the same reason I probably won’t go too often to CfA.
