In September, plans for a grand military parade for the 70th anniversary of victory over Japan in World War II. Government intends to put its latest generation armaments on dislay. A show of force, in the context of increasing international tensions

In terms of sheer manpower, China;s is bigger than anybodies
Russia still must have more nukes though, and likely more hardware still too.

Business Insider lists America, Russia and China, 1 2 3 respectively.
Russia and China are both now actively growing their military.
America on the other hand is diverting more to social spending, like health and what not.

But America has the significantly broader military obligations spies out across the globe. With a few exceptions China and Russia only have major obligations within a few hundred miles off their borders.
 
And Chinese are converting to Christianity to the point their numbers are almost equal to the Chinese Communists’.
