Is Christ just as present in people, especially those in the state of grace who have just received Communion, as He is in the consecrated Host?
It would seem not because Christ is present in Communion in His body, blood, soul, and divinity under the appearances of bread and wine whereas Christ is present to all existing creatures in the way a creator is present to his creation.
It would seem so because those who are in communion are part of the Mystical Body of Christ. Just as a soul is present in every part of one’s body, so, too, is Christ really present body, blood, soul, and divinity in all His body’s members.
