Hi

Personally I have not insulted anybody here; if I have insulted you in person, please quote from me.

I address here only my Catholics friends/brothers in humanity, so kindly correct your sentence “all Christians”, I am not so bad, though I am a little frank with my Catholic friends. I love them, and I think they like me also and pray for me.
Code:
Because of his righteousness, Jesus prayers were heard, and he was saved from getting a cursed killing on Cross.
As you would please observe from the following quote, the most of the above is from NTBible (and there are several versions of the NTBible, may be some/one have the words “Because of his righteousness” in stead of the words “because of his reverent submission”, you never know.)

Hebrews 5:7 (New International Version)
7During the days of Jesus’ life on earth, he offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the **one who could save him from death **, and **he was heard because of his reverent submission **.

“and he was saved from getting a cursed killing on Cross,” is not that far stretched from the quotation, you would please agree. Moreover, it is a Catholic faith that " (Jesus) getting a cursed killing on Cross".

So, please don’t accuse me entirely when it is from NTBible, and of course these are not words from Jesus’ mouth.

Thanks
Again you add insult and claim you do not by repeating that grotesque EVIL lie thazt Jesus did not die on the Cross.

I will not discuss this with you because all you do is insult every Christian, which you apparently do not realize includes Catholics, with you **viscious, sick, demented and completely disgusting **fiction which denies the very basis of Christian theology.

I will not respond to you here ever again. Your comments are absolutely evil. Stop repeating them. They are sick.

To compare jesus and mohd is totally acceptable. Christian believed jesus is God , Moslem believed mohd is God…
so God vs God is acceptable.

Therefore Ahmisa is wrong, you just can’t bring Moses in because Moses is not God….

can you ask brazil world cup team vs china U19??? the answer is no…

Muhammad NEVER claimed to be God, Jesus did and gave a sufficient amount of evidence to support His claims.
Hi

Jesus never claimed to be GodAllahYHWH, he has been unfortunately misunderstood by the Catholics, he was a Jew as his mother Mary was also a Jew, she never calimed that she was a wife to GodAllahYHWH. Jesus only used words as per the usage of OTBible and not beyond that, Catholic NTBible has not been given by Jesus to the Catholics, it has not been authored by him.

Thanks

Oh dear, paarsurrey; I think it’s time for another new thread. I hope you’ll find it and join it.
Hi

I have joined in, but now you are not here. I miss you my dear brother/friend in humanity. The reason given by you is also , as I understand, not correct.

I just followed what you have mentioned in a post, but that made you angry.

The dialogue must continue, I think you would at least agree on this.

I salute you.

I am not here to win; I am here to love and be loved.

Thanks

I will not respond to you here ever again.
Hi

I still love you, and keep you loving, since I learn most from those who differ with me; and I am ‘ears’ to them, I am a good listener.

The dialogue must remain open, I think you would at least agree on this with me. I would be missiong you.

May GodAllahYHWH bless you!

Thanks

Moslem believed mohd is God.
Hi

Please provide a reference for the above lines.

Muhammad is only a ProphetMessenger of GodAllahYHWH, a sinless and an innocent man, a Chosen One of God; his all attributes are of a man like Jesus. Both were humble persons, loving humanity and always in service of GodAllahYHWH and the humanity, were peaceful persons like Moses and Krishna.

Only my Catholics friends have been made to believe in Jesus differently for centuries, that is most unfortunate, to me, but that could be corrected and misconception rectified.

The dialogue must remain open.

Thanks

Fortunately this has already been explained to you by Booklover et al. However you think you know better, yet rail against those you think do the same about the Koran 😛
Sorry, but nowhere did I see booklover talking about the OT, he only attacked Muhammad (Peace be upon him).

Jesus Christ -v- Muhammed

Jesus taught us to forgive our enemies

Muhammed to slaughter them (and take their goods and enslave their women and children)

Jesus taught us to love

Muhammed taught us that men can’t control their lusts so women should wrap themselves up - abrogration of responsibility is big in Islam

Hi

CatholicGod when he as per my Catholic friends had not taken up a humane form (Son of Man) revealed to Moses:

Deu 20:10 When thou drawest nigh unto a city to fight against it, then proclaim peace unto it.
Deu 20:11 And it shall be, if it make thee answer of peace, and open unto thee, then it shall be, that all the people that are found therein shall become tributary unto thee, and shall serve thee.
Deu 20:12 And if it will make no peace with thee, but will make war against thee, then thou shalt besiege it:
Deu 20:13 and when Jehovah thy God delivereth it into thy hand, thou shalt smite every male thereof with the edge of the sword:
Deu 20:14 but the women, and the little ones, and the cattle, and all that is in the city, even all the spoil thereof, shalt thou take for a prey unto thyself; and thou shalt eat the spoil of thine enemies, which Jehovah thy God hath given thee.
Deu 20:15 Thus shalt thou do unto all the cities which are very far off from thee, which are not of the cities of these nations.
Deu 20:16 But of the cities of these peoples, that Jehovah thy God giveth thee for an inheritance, thou shalt save alive nothing that breatheth;
Deu 20:17 but thou shalt utterly destroy them: the Hittite, and the Amorite, the Canaanite, and the Perizzite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite; as Jehovah thy God hath commanded thee;

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Thanks

You still here?
CatholicGod when he as per my Catholic friends had not taken up a humane form (Son of Man) revealed to Moses:
First off, don’t call God CatholicGod

What is your point? What are you wishing to make a statement about - for me to judge if you are wrong?

To hazard a guess you’re asking if God revealed these things to the Jews is this not the same as what was revealed to Muhammed as well? (Correct me if I’m wrong)

They’re not the same thing.

There’s no ‘New Testament’ to the Koran. There’s no belief along the lines of "God once allowed things, which were not ideal, but those times are no more.

God allowed David to have more than one wife. Christians have one. Have you not noticed these things? 🤷 We’re not Jews!

On a personal note, you should take notice that I answer your questions. I have no fear of your beliefs. You on the other hand meet questions with diversion and near endless monologue.

As for killing the unbelievers in the OT, you say that this was in the OT, but now, it is the NT, Wasn’t Jesus also the God of the OT? Why did he sanction this for the Jews? If he really sanctioned it, this means that he accepts it, and that it shouldn’t be bad, especially that the writer of Hebrews accepts this:
Heb 11:32 And what shall I more say? for the time will fail me if I tell of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah; of David and Samuel and the prophets:
Heb 11:33 who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions,
Heb 11:34 quenched the power of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, from weakness were made strong, waxed mighty in war, turned to flight armies of aliens.
So the NT clearly accepts this, it didn’t generalize " for the cruelty of your heart" on everything, it was only about divorce, but it clearly tells that all these wars in the OT was by people whom by faith subdued kingdoms, waxed mighty in war, turned to flight armies of aliens.
So you have no right to object on Islam, when Allah orders us to fight non-believers, these fights were because truth needs power, without power, truth will vanish, and people couldn’t worship Allah the right way.
By the way, does your God change his mind? Or he is forgiving his sin after what he made in the OT so he came to preach love? Or was this an abrogation? And did Jesus really told you that you don’t need the law?
Mat 23:1 Then spake Jesus to the multitudes and to his disciples, Mat 23:2 saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses seat: Mat 23:3 all things therefore whatsoever they bid you, these do and observe: but do not ye after their works; for they say, and do not.

I think for what Jesus said about love ( if he really said so), that he meant to love enemies in personal affairs not enemies in faith, as I am sure that he won’t tell his people to love those who disbelieve in God and fight his people, as this is a betrayal, of course we hope for God’s enemies that God leads them to His way, but that doesn’t mean that we love them, as this is a betrayal against God. The same about turning the other cheek, it is something between people, not that they are attacked by God’s enemies and remain silent. Besides, Jesus (Peace be upon him) wasn’t a political leader as Moses and Muhammad (Peace be upon them), by he was under Pilate’s rule.
As for polygamy, nowhere in the Bible does it orders men to marry one woman, in the OT it says:
Deu 21:15 If a man have two wives, the one beloved, and the other hated…
And in the NT, also nowhere does it say that, but Paul clearly limits that with the bishop and the deacon:
1Ti 3:2 The bishop therefore must be without reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, orderly, given to hospitality, apt to teach;
1Ti 3:12 Let deacons be husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
This means that people other than deacons and bishops can marry more than one woman, otherwise, if Jesus really meant monogamy, there would have been no need for Paul to say this.

Hi

These are all valid points, Catholics!, please note.

Thanks

May GodAllahYHWH help you to believe as JesusYeshuaIssa believed; and to act like Jesus acted!

I’ve already dealt with this in my answer above.

There’s many things in the Bible that happen. Some, such as Lot having intercourse with his daughters is simply an account of what happened. Not what is ‘desireable’. Some such as David’s many sexual affairs did not lead to David losing his kinship. God is one who realises that we are flawed individuals and if he struck us down for every sin, we’d be dead in childhood.

Likewise God ‘sanctioned’ things for a certain period, insofar as we were, spiritually, ‘children’ then.

You allow a child much more leeway than an adult. We now have no excuse because the fullness of God has been given to us through Jesus Christ.

God has not changed his mind. He’s always loved us.

Would you punish a child the same as an adult? Actually, under Islam, you probably would, and then blame everyone else for making you do it. Islam’s about abrogation of responsibility. Christianity is about accpeting responsibility.

As I said to paarsurrey we are not Jews. Have you not noticed?
