How about publishing detailed plans on how it will be prevented in the future? Sorry doesn’t really fix it.
 
Wait till the final report of the Royal Commission. That is what the job of this Commission is. It is going to take more time. In the meantime , each Diocese has its own very detailed protocols , with verification and auditing backup.

Its all a work in progress because of the legal , social and religious magnitude use. At least here. Can’t speak for our Her countries. It is
a Vatican work as well.
