Just look at what they’re selling you: 10kg in 10 days! 10kg is about 22 pounds, or 2.2 pounds a day. Someone claimed to have lost 25kg (55lbs) in three months, or an average of 4.5lbs a week. That’s a crash diet. It is unhealthy and unwise to consistently lose more than 10% of one’s body weight per week. And what happens when someone loses enough weight and doesn’t want to lose anymore weight? Do they have to keep following the diet? They’d better, or else they’ll gain it all back plus tax once they go back to regular food. No, you just read the first page you saw on the website.
Never mind what they “preach” it works, its healthy and its built on faith, which is what this topic was all about. I was having some (name removed by moderator)ut in this thread, trying to help people…not sure what you’re here for.
“as if once you take your weight off you’re somehow ‘cured’.”
Cured of what exactly? Isn’t the objective here losing weight?
