It’s hard to believe that it’s almost Christmas once again. Which Mass will you be attending this year? I have to serve at the 8:30 a.m. Mass on Christmas Day; however, I may go to Midnight Mass as well tomorrow night because it’s such a beautiful Mass. Which mass will you be attending this year?

Midnight Mass, as always. DH sings in the choir and it’s our favourite Mass of the year.

First Christmas that I am attending a Byzantine parish, so I’ll be going to 10pm Great Compline followed by Divine Liturgy.

Well, we’re gonna try to make it out to our “midnight Mass” which actually starts at 11. Though, if my family leaves too late that night, or if my parents and I are too tired, we’ll go to the 10am on Christmas day.

I sing with the choir at the “Slightly Before Midnight” 11:00pm Mass on Christmas Eve (a new experiment at our parish) and then again at the 11:00am Mass on Christmas morning.

I am planning on NOT attending the 4:00pm, 415pm, 6:00pm, and 8:00pm Masses on Christmas Eve and the 9:00am Mass on Christmas morning.

We’ll be attending the 7:30 pm Mass on Christmas Eve - the latest offered that night in our parish. The choir sings beginning at 7 pm.

7.30pm Mass on Christmas Eve in my old home parish with some of my family. Sadly my dad RIP won’t be there this year as he died in January - but will be happy in the knowledge that he is celebrating in Heaven!

Wishing you all a Blessed Christmas!

7:30 am Christmas Day, Latin Novus Ordo, I hope. I’m currently sick with some type of virus.

9am on Christmas Day. It’s the least crowded mass in our parish, and it’s the day of His birth. I always liked the midnight mass when I was an Episcopalian, though.

Midnight Mass in a Benedictine abbey and if I go alone the office of Vigils before the Mass (getting my wife and offspring to sit through an hour and a half of Vigils, a half-hour break, and an hour and three-quarters of Mass, is a bit much so if they come I go to Mass only).

Before that I may also go to the 4 pm family service at my wife’s Anglican parish.

The 5PM Children’s Mass on Christmas Eve. My daughter is singing with the Children’s Choir this year for the first time.

Midnight as I’m singing in the choir. Even if I wasn’t, it is still the one I’d go to though, definitely one of the highlights of the year! 😃

Mass with the Bishop 11AM Christmas day. 🙂

[sign]Blessed Christmas to you all![/sign]

Midnight Mass…which at our parish is 11pm. I loved it as a teenager…and I went last year to another parish…before I had decided to come back to my faith.😉 So this year will be extra special because I get to receive communion.

And we may go to a Christmas Day Mass as well…just because.

Midnight Mass with the concert and readings beginning at 11:30p. So around 10:30p, I’ll try to find a seat :yup:

8:30 a.m. Christmas morning. I am scheduled as an EMHC, and my boys will be altar serving.

The only other Christmas Mass in our parish will be at 4 pm on Christmas Eve. Caroling will begin at 3:00, it will be packed to the gills, and there will be people standing everywhere. The angels and saints will have a hard time finding a spot. 😉

5pm mass Christmas Eve at the parish I was raised in. Plenty of room there (I believe the church can sit 1200). the parish I currently go to has three masses at 4pm Christmas Eve and all three mostly likely will be packed.
