Christians today are far removed from the debates and dialogue concerning the divine and human nature of Jesus. Many of us take the conclusion for granted and would not have the words to defend our belief. I hope to provide this topic as a reference that can be added to in order to collect data for everyone who is apart of our Catholic Answers forum community. This debate and dialogue still goes on to this day in some form or another so it is my hope that as a community with our collective (name removed by moderator)ut we can inform others by directing them to a single link.
The questions are:
Does Jesus have a human nature? When does he take onto himself a human nature? How does the human nature exist in communion with the divine nature? Does he still have a human nature? Did the whole person of Christ die or only his humanity? Where do we see any of this in Scripture and finally what is your source of defense for the position you hold on any one of these points?
While I encourage anyone in our community to participate in this post I ask that we refrain from direct debate in this post. Our Theotokos, Mary is a brilliant light that shines light on the truth that Jesus is one person having the divine nature and a human nature, fully God and fully man. I pray that she uses this to do what she always does and point us to the truth about her Son and may the truth who is Christ, who is love, penetrate the hearts of men.

but can you provide links to precise points in the CCC that deal with this explicitly? It’s hard for some to approach the source in its’ entirety and find what they’re looking for explicitly. That’s the idea I have in mind for this post. Thank you and God bless!
