Not according what you have been trying to tell us. All is God’s will. We have no free will. This is your possition. Correct?
 
Like the tide, you can swim with it or against it but you can’t escape it.

Does it depend on God or on us whether we go to heaven or hell?

Nope, but we all playing the part we are supposed to. Even those that chose to turn away serve His will.

We can turn away, it’s our choice. It’s like shutting your eyes to block out the light. You can keep them closed or open them if you chose. The light is always on. Heaven / Hell is a choice we make. They are both equally available to us.
