Church condemns lesbian IVF use

I think comes under the heading of “No kidding.” IVF is wrong, lesbian relationships are wrong, was anyone actually expecting church support for this weirdness?

The leader of the Roman Catholic Church in England and Wales has condemned plans to make it easier for lesbian couples to use IVF to become parents.

Well yes, the Church is against IVF, but in the States it doesn’t try to get laws passed making it illegal. Probably the difference is that in the UK it’s all part of the public health system so everyone pays for it. Here in the States, it’s all private so largely no one’s business other than the participants.
