Churches sues, clergy imprisioned and other issues over same-sex 'marriage'

I’ve heard recently about churches being sued on the east coast for not performing a marriage ceremony for a same sex couple. I’ve also heard of clergy being arrested or sued in Canada for preaching what the Bible teaches on Homosexuality. What I’m looking for is an article or a news story on it so that I have documented evidence and google hasn’t yielded any results. Does anyone know of any?
