claim of infallibility is perhaps the greatest error in the Church

👍 I was just trying to explain how there is one Holy Spirit but differing views.
My apology brother Pete. I was wrong that thinking that your post was written by Paarsurrey, my other brother from different faith.

Jews know well that reformation of Israel represents Messianic prophecy fulfilled, but if it is not by the real Messiah then it is by a false one performing a miracle to deceive. That’s why devout Jews like Neturei Karta condemn Israel, they say Zionists are trying to play Messiah. But they are a small and hated group by a majority of Jews for saying such things.

So apparently the Vatican doesn’t know much about Jewish beliefs or is intentionally misleading. Doesn’t the Vatican need to agree with the Pope on the issues?
Dear FoA,

Then you are agreeing with me that what prophet Isiah meant in his prophecy about Immanuel was not this modern state of Israel. Regarding what Vatican says was the Messiah as viewed by Jews in accordance with prophet Isiah, which is Immanuel. Vatican did not mean and never mean that the Messiah is equal to Zionism of modern state of Israel. May be you misunderstood them, but I do not blame you because I understand you.

Jews reject Isaiah 7 as a Messianic prophecy, they say it only pertains to the time of Ahaz.

Have you ever spoken to two people and each one understood you to say diferent things. One Message, Different interpretations.
Hi

I think it is a different phenomenon, it is as if there are several waring HolySpirits who are guiding opposing and paradoxical beliefs/concepts. May be none of the denominations is speaking the truth that they are guided by the HolySpirit, only using name of the HolySpirit as a cover of untruth or their ego the denominations are speaking of. There must be some valid litmus tests to know who is speaking the truth and who is not, about the HolySpirit.

Is unity a bad thing? Then why must the HolySpirit be supporting the dissenting denomination and confusion through these denominations.

I think you please understand it is not a question of different interpretitions, it is more than that. Let us understand it rationally.

Thanks

Dear FoA,

You are wrong, brother. Just because the title mentioned King Ahaz conversation with Isaiah, it does not mean that Isaiah was not making any prophesy about Immanuel. Prophet Mikha also made such prophesy, and believed by the Torah Experts of King Herod, and by Herod himself. The prophesy of the incoming Messiah was well known in the Jewish community. And, such prophesies of the incoming Messiah by no mean would be the modern state of Israel, nor Zionism.

Dear Paar,

Perhaps you were joking when you made the bolded statement. No need for any lie detectors. Just lower our human ego (both the Protestant and the Catholic as well), otherwise, we will not be able to see the thruth.

Ok, I am really starting to think I didn’t learn all that I should have in my eight years at a Catholic school, but where are these encyclics?
This is true, clearly you did not. But, don’t feel all alone! Most of the rest of us didn’t learn it either.:hug3:

I think you might give humanity too much credit for our ability to understand things. IMHO

Hi

As you know English is not my mother tongue, sometimes it becomes difficult to understand what my friends say. Kinldy explain what you meant to convey to me in a simple way.

Thanks

I believe it is prophecy because the alliance of 10 Tribes of Israel and Syria mentioned to Ahaz reappears as the 10 Horns and Beast against Judah as the Whore in Revelation. So it’s not over yet.

But I’m saying Jews say it is over and reject it as Messianic, and they say “virgin” should be “young woman.”

sorry for the confusion. I mean that the problem is more human arrogance than spiritual battle in my opinion.
English is my mother tongue, and you probably speak it better than me.:)

Hi

One of our friends here has written:

How that error is to be corrected for reunification of the one Christian Church into one organization?

Any thoughts

Thanks
Ego divided the Body of Christ. Humility will re-unite it.

Peace be with you.
