CO2’s properties have been known since the 19th century. Thermodynamics reigns supreme here. Unless you have some magical heat sink that gets rid of the additional energy absorbed by higher CO2 concentrations, it’s going to heat things up, and in general add more energy to climate systems.
CO2’s known properties will only cause 1C in warming with doubling

Why do you pretend this proves alarmist projections of 3-8C in warming?

You continue to put this question of “where the heat went” front and center, despite the fact that answering that question, while it would be nice, is not necessary to confirm heat gain.
If you run an experiment … try heating a beaker of water by passing a heat source over the top … not going to happen.

In fact, there is now a HUGE volume of study on Naturally Occurring Sources of Organohalogens … However , the politically correct forces denied that they existed . The political correct orthodoxy is that there are no natural sources but that they are all man-made.
I challenge your claim that “Political Correct Forces” suppressed the reporting of natural sources.

Then I call that anecdotal and not representative of the peer review process generally.
If I had the time I would dig out the specific reports and wave them in front of your face.

By the way, I used to do that in the old old Catholic Answers Forums and the mods said not to do that.

However, if you search, you may be able to actually find it.

All kinds of stuff has found its way into the cloud … but in the interest of intellectual honesty you have the obligation to search. Not just words, but effort.

No, you are the one making the claim. I have no obligation to do your research to support your claim.
Interesting … so your only interest is in fighting! No interest in truth.
I have already done what I consider due diligence in pursuing the truth in this subject. The fact that I don’t follow you down every rabbit hole you suggest is no indication that I haven’t.

And in other positive news there is this: coal production is booming. India’s production is up 15%, China’s production is up only 3% but their imports have also increased since they can’t produce enough to meet their need. Russia’s production is the highest since the Soviet era, and our own production is the highest since 2001.

It is no wonder India refers to opposition to its use as “carbon imperialism” given that “[c]oal remains among the cheapest, and technically simplest, sources of the abundant, affordable, reliable electricity indispensable to the modern industry and technology that are indispensable to lifting and keeping whole societies out of poverty.” (source)

Hmmmm … maybe next is a backyard coal-based electric generator.

Yes or we could go back to heating our homes and factories with coal, making the air a lot dirtier and unhealthier. Not sure what would be accomplished, though.

Use clean coal.

Add a micro-after-burner-exhaust-scrubber … tiny thing.

OR … a micro-mini-thorium reactor.

Is that from Walmart or Target? I forget. It’s been a while since I went shopping for thorium reactors. That reminds me. I need to pick up a “Mr. Fusion” too.

There’s really no such thing as ‘clean’ coal, it’s a clever marketing phrase.
