It is not condescension. Best you ask a Muslim whether he/she agrees believes Jesus is talking about them in the NT about these other folds that belong to Him. Are they his sheep?

It seems like you are deflecting from answering the question from a Christian perspective.

As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
