:hmmm: depends on the contents of the sub. Some of Subway’s products are fine, some are woeful nutritionwise.

As for the timing of your meals - trust me on this one, lots of research has been done on it.
6" Spice Italian on white. Lettuce, Olives, (lots of) Pickles, Oil & Vinegar. Thats it. 🙂

You are allowed. 6pm Saturday falls within a different day (midnight-midnight period) than 8am or 6pm on Sunday.

I was saying it’s not really necessary or advisable in most cases to receive more than once in any day, though it’s permitted.
While I rarely receive communion more than once in a day or week for that matter, (Last Christmas Eve falling on a Sunday is the one time that comes to mind) I don’t see how it would not be advisable to receive twice if one goes to mass twice in one day. If receiving the Eucharist is spiritual nourishment to us kind of like eating food is physical nourishment to us, and if we are supposed to eat more than one meal a day for our physical nourishment, then to me it would make sense to also have more than one spirtual nourishment in a day. Just throwing this out there. I’m not saying one should receive more than once in a day but just providing a reason why it might be beneficial.

I know the reasoning behind the limitations placed on receiving Communion, but seriously - one cannot ever over-dose on Jesus, so I don’t understand the rule. I’ll obey it, of course, but it is beyond my understanding.
