For those times when you remember a sin you failed to confess, I recommend this line in your confess:
“I also confess all my sins, even if I have forgotten them or redefined them in error.”
If you forgot to confess something, it is covered there (however, you still have the obligation to confess and do penance for them even if you’re covered with this extra line of confession.
