Peace be with all of you!

How is everyone today?
I know of people my age who when they chose a saint for Confirmation they did so just because the name sounded cool or some other reason of that nature. This really saddened me, because all too often teens are not taking their Confirmation seriously and think that once they are confirmed they are done with their faith, when in reality their journey has just begun…
I was just curious and wanted to know other people’s responses…
When you were confirmed, what saint’s name did you choose and why? You could also provide some details about this saint, and how he or she has assisted you in your life. (or who knows, maybe the saint chose you!)
I chose St. Catharine of Alexendria because she not only was a martyr for her faith, but is the patron saint of theologians (and i hope to be one someday

) and refuted pagans who tried to steer her away from the one true faith. I found this inspiring especially since I am constantly questioned for my Catholic faith in public school and to an extent ridiculed at for it.
