Good Morning AGAIN!!! : > (

It seems like a MOVING TARGET!

And well - the target just moved …again …🤷

They have decided NOT to release DH TODAY AFTERALL…😦 .

We are now looking at tomorrow 😊

Hopefuly, perhaps I will wait until we are at the house before I say we are going home … then we will actually BE HOME 😛

They want to watch an irregularity in his heart beat for another day +/-

Thanks for putting up with me … It is very hard to keep up sometimes … :o And I had called all seven kids and a couple of freinds and family without email already … had to call back with the news…

I am sure he will be okay …

So today they are going to install a permanent pace-maker to correct for the irregular and skipped heart beats …

Perhaps we will go home tomorrow … *

THANKS FOR THE CONTINUED PRAYERS*

DH has his new pace-maker now 🙂

He seems to be doing well after some depression and anxiety this morning …

He looks good … just more bandages and a sling 😉

Tomorrow is his birthday … I hope to take him home to some Ice-Cream cake …

We are post-poning the Saturday celebration we had previously planned

But we will celerate … just a few weeks down the road 👍

I know exactly how you feel. My husband who was 72 when he had his heart attack nearly died. After spending almost a month in the hospital he was finally released to come home to recover. He too lost all his strength and just taking a few steps tired him out. It has been almost nine months since his ordeal started and I am happy to say that he is almost back to normal. He is now playing golf twice a week and hitting the ball good and with distance. He now works on the yard, washes the car, takes walks, drives. His one lung will never be the same but that dosen’t seem to bother him. He has been a miracle to us.
The prayers of the family, friends and our church is what pulled him through.
I truly believe in the power of prayer. I will pray for your husband and for you. Take care of yourself and put your trust in God. And remember to pray for his doctors all the time.

God Bless you Stephanie3, and I will also pray for your family too!

We came home yesterday [A very nice birthday present].

Had some halibut, red potatoes and asperagus for dinner…Ice Cream cake [chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream] for dessert … 😛

DH is still not eating much, loss of appetite, which is normal … but he said the food tastes better 👍

He is very tired, slept in today, no nurses taking vital signs every two hours

Today, we went for a walk in a light rain [no sun 😦 ] … he is supposed to walk 10 minutes to start off … he walked about 15, slowly …

AND NOW we begin recuperation
THANKS in a large part to ALL OF YOUR PRAYERS…
THANK YOU - THANK YOU 👍

THANK GOD FOR ANSWERING PRAYER
OUR LORD IS WONDERFUL COUNSELOR

Still praying…I want him up and aorund like the man across the desk from me…just thought I’d stop in and say HI…know how busy you are now!
