I am seeking to learn what those consequences are likely to be and how, going forward, the Church is going to sanction this man for his grievous actions.
Oh, I entirely disagree. When clerics of the Church engage in behaviors that scandalize the faithful and harm the reputation of the Church, I believe the faithful have a duty to ask the bishops of the Church what they are doing in response to such behaviors.
