I agree.

La Pen is a practising Catholic, opposed to same-sex marriage and euthanasia. I am unsure about abortion but I know Fillon is more heavy in his support.
 
François Fillon is also a practicing Catholic, he voted against lowering the age of consent for same-sex relations, against same-sex marriage and against adoption by same-sex couples and against euthanasia.

He lives near Solesmes and is a friend of the monastery. His wife is a Catholic convert from Anglicanism.

On abortion, both claim to be against it but wouldn’t take steps to make it illegal.

So I don’t see how one can say that Le Pen better reflects Catholic values.

Fillon’s political heroine is Margaret Thatcher.
