Conservative orthodox newspapers?

What are some Catholic newspapers that are conservative, orthodox and faithful to the magisterium? I am looking in to some but don’t know which ones to check out.
 
This comes up from time to time: I’ll leave this thread open.
 
The National Catholic Register is pretty good. It’s owned by EWTN, so if you like their network, you’ll probably like it, too.
 
Are there any others? When I do a google search the ones that come up seem too sympathetic to the sspx. So I figure the members here might know better
 
The Wanderer, The National Catholic Register, Our Sunday Visitor, Remnant (a bit of an expose but can give you some good insight), Latin Mass…
 
Thanks for the suggestions. I think I’ll stay away from remnant though. Seems to flirt with rhetoric often used by the sedevacantist camp. I am not at all comfortable with that. I am looking for a conservative and orthodox paper but it has to be in complete submission to the magisterium and the current holy father. No sspx or sede material please.

Thanks again for the suggestions. By any chance does anyone know of any that are Canadian based? Or with a more global focus, and less of an American one?
 
Ditto on the Remnant. You have to sift through it a bit but there are some pearls here and there. The Wanderer used to have some great pieces on the Church in Quebec (if memory serves) but like the others, it focuses mostly on the Church in the US. Check out L’osservatore Romano for a more international take although, again, you may have to sift through it a bit and the articles can be older.

Off the top of my head, “First Things” and “Catholic Insight” (this one’s Canadian).
 
How about a orthodox Catholic newspaper with a variety of political opinions (from the left to the right) and that respects both liberals and conservatives. I am finding this fight between conservative and liberal to be a waste of our Church’s resources and tiring to read.

Political opinions that conflict with church teachings are not orthodox, so I’m not sure how an orthodox Catholic newspaper can endorse both liberal and conservative views (since on many social and moral issues they express different viewpoints).

Not all liberal/conservative issues are answered by the Church. Certainly there are always guiding principals that lawmakers should keep in mind, but the details of, for example, immigration reform or the federal budget are not issues for which the Church has one definitive answer.

So in essence we are saying the Catholic view is conservative, not liberal?

I didn’t know about this one, but I searched and Catholic Canada seems orthodox.

Catholic Culture has a nice feature that lets you check websites according to faithfulness:
catholicculture.org/culture/reviews/ and according to them, Catholic Canada is rated “good.”
