Everyone has heard, and has probably used the term “conspiracy theorist,” and the fact of the term being in common use, also indicates that we generally agree on what it means. I saw a movie by that name, and the title character was a raving lunatic who kept his food in thermoses with combination locks to reduce his chances of being poisoned by imaginary enemies.

Well, there is the problem with conspiracy theories–anyone who disagrees must either be in on it or a dupe. I recommend reading G.K. Chesterton’s Orthodoxy. Especially the chapter called, “The Maniac.”

I use to work with a consiracy theory Libertarian (come to think of it, I think every Libertarian I have met or heard has been a conspiracy theorist:hmmm:) and those people do not live in the world of reality. The look for black helecopters in the sky in men in black suits around every corner.

The artical quoted by you is from another of the extreamest part of those that ar amoung the BLAME AMERICA FOR ALL EVIL group.

**What about those of us that go about our daily lives doing the best we can and yet we still have the common sense to prepare as best we can for situations that can happen?

I do believe there is an evil force that wants all people of faith to not practice that faith. It comes in many forms and sometimes even comes in the form of “extreme religious actions.” The person that can divide his or her life into parts that do not overlap IMO is without true conviction in his or her life. This is the main thing that is wrong in this country and the world. People need to live their faith and beliefs without fear of being harmed for doing so.

I read the article. It’s nonsense. More hysterical rantings about our commander in chief, who did win two elections. I’m sick of hearing about how Bush “lost” in 2000–we’ve never elected a president by popular vote, always by the electoral college. Bush did win Florida–conceded even by the NY Times, an agenda-drive, biased, far leftist newspaper.

He won. Get over it.

They can’t and it shows in their hate.

They didn’t complain when Clinton was elected twice without a majority. He wouldn’t have won without Perot in 92, but the bottom line is he won the electoral college fair and square. I didn’t like the outcome, but doesn’t mean it was illegitimate.

Same with Bush.

Excellent point. I moped for awhile and bit my tongue for the next eight years, but I didn’t concoct a fantasy about the elections. And there is the rub: this site seems less concerned about the tragedy and victims of 9/11 (whoever they think was responsible) than prattling on in sour-grape mode about the elections.

Trash.

I also can’t help but think of how Bush is the most hated president in memory (including the hatred he received from a significant percentage of the news media). I don’t think he has the power to rig a nationwide election by 4.8 million votes.

I’d like to say more about the article, but the Illuminati, in conjunction with the International Communist Movement and the Trilateral Commission, have told me through the receiver in my head to keep my mouth shut.

Well, Jay74 (if that is your real name) let’s see how hard you’re laughing when the zionist Shriners from the Opus Dei Temple under the Washington Monument come to get you in their little cars and…

Uh…just forget everything I said. I was never here, OK?
OK.

Your screen name is very apropos. It’s what I find myself doing every time I read one of your posts. Out of curiosity, do you do anything in the real world in order to make it a better place or do you just post here in the attempt to inflame passions?

This link is absolute garbage. Stop wasting bandwidth.

But, where were you on November 22, 1963? There are 9 letters in your screen name and you wrote the 11th post in this thread. What’s your connection to 9-11? The truth will one day be known…😛

My favorite conspiracy theory of all time is the one that says we never actually landed on the moon. 😃

Nichevo, eh? Sounds Russian, doesn’t it?

The real story of November 22, 1963:
  1. Kennedy learned of the Masonic/Vienna Boys Choir plot to replace the pope with a Bilderberger-endorsed Bulgarian.
  2. Marilyn Monroe, of course, heard about it during a tryst in the Temple of Osiris in a secret chamber inside the Library of Congress.
  3. Monroe spilled the beans to the Daughters of the Mystic Dawn during their initiation ceremony for John XXIII’s secret wife.
  4. They passed the news to Billy Graham, who, of course, alerted his superiors at the International House of Pancakes (you always wondered about the name, didn’t you? It’s really Internationale).
  5. Lee Harvey Oswald was set up as a patsy while Nazis from Area 51 (50 states+1 New World Order) dispatched two Jesuits to Dallas to fulfill their Secret Oath.
  6. The deed done and the plot foiled, Fidel Castro and the Grand Master of the Knights Templar met at Ed’s House of Mutton (=sacrificial lamb) in Tacoma to make sure that Jack Ruby was brainwashed into taking care of the patsy Oswald.
  7. Ruby, under the impression that his orders were actually coming from Alberto Rivera and Carol Channing, shoots Oswald (“Oz-World” = utopian society based on Gnostic texts), thus eliminating the loose end.
  8. Ruby receives an injection in prison from a Hare Krishna and dies.
I hope that clears it up. I had nothing to do with it; I was at Annibale Bugnini’s 33rd degree initiation.

I was not in Dallas on November 22nd, 1963.

Well, okay, I was there, but not in Dely Plaza.

Well, I was there, but unarmed.

Okay, I had a rifle, but I was just sitting on the grassy knoll, enjoying the scenery.

Well, I MIGHT have fired a shot at random, just out of pure exuberance.

But I had nothing to do with any plot. The fact that Lee Oswald is my first cousin is just a concidence.http://forums.catholic-questions.org/images/icons/icon12.gif
