Contacting a priest for "Last Rites"

In the olden days, Catholics used to wear medals that said “I Am a Catholic, Please Call a Priest”.

You can still find them on eBay for not very much. I was going to buy one that was a duplicate of one I used to wear in elementary school after I won it in some contest.

I’d just make sure your emergency contact knows your wishes. Also make sure your medical records show you are Catholic some ERs call a priest when the see that.
