The ACNA’s position towards female ordination is interesting. Their theological Augustine (or Chrysostom) is JI Packer who is about as Puritan it can get: he considers the simple act of imagining Jesus’ physical form to be idolatrous (per the Westminster Confession of Faith).
And of course, he is vehemently against women’s ordination. That being said, he considers it a second-order issue that does not warrant schism.
