It is sometimes difficult to find the words to pray. Be not afraid. As Catholics and as part of the Church, prayer is our most powerful force of grace and for grace. Telling God what is in your heart is prayer. In directing that prayer for spiritual growth or understanding in another individual becomes an ongoing prayer. As one continues to pray there is the action of grace working on the individual prayed for and for one’s own spiritual growth. To doubt in power of good which prayer and grace can produce is to doubt your own ability to pray. Just pray. God loves prayer from what are reluctant or doubting hearts because they are overcoming that which has kept them away from prayer. God love(s) you!
