As I post this, more than 175k are infected worldwide with COVID-19 (with nearly 4k cases in my own country), more than 77k have recovered, and over 6700 have died as a result of COVID-19. Are you guys concerned about this in any way especially since it’s now a global pandemic.

Well yeah, because there’s a case not too far away from me.

There’s 26 cases not too far from me as well, all near where I work.

My goodness. I text messaged my friend up and Greenville County, because he works at Clemson, apparently they’re not going back to school for a while. But part of the reason that worried me, is because Clemson has a lot of people from all over the world, and coronavirus is traveling quick. He’s fine, he said he barely leaves his house.

I don’t think anyone could ignore it if they tried! 😅

I’m currently at a local park having my brunch…only one other car here…usually dozens…streets are almost deserted…kids all home as no school. The geese on the pond aren’t keeping the proper distance but I have no idea if the can catch this! 😂

Everyone is hunkered down. Almost everyone seems to be obeying all the new rules…and my Netflix was really slow at times last night! iTunes didn’t give me any problems, though…so we watched movies we’ve all seen before. And it was really nice. Had popcorn and pillows and blankets! My 14yo grandson is already getting itchy to go somewhere…like the mall…made worse by having some money in his pockets!

My town didn’t seem any different when I walked through it today. Even when I popped into a shop to buy antiperspirant (I ran out) it seemed normal.

I would like to inject some humour in this, because this seems to actually be true. I’m serious, toilet paper is hard to find now. I however have plenty, always check your local Dollar Store.(Please Note: This uploaded content is no longer available.)

I got my hair cut today. Then I read Governor Wolf wants to close all nonessential businesses for two weeks. I guess I timed that perfectly.

that’s how it was here yesterday. today your lucky to find a loaf of bread. don’t wait.

Y’all, I’m at my sister’s house in Augusta, Georgia, and I don’t live too far away from Augusta, and there have been two cases of coronavirus confirmed in Augusta.

We will see how selfish we are and how kind we are. In a few months it will be over. Till then it is a time of testing.

Has anyone figured out…why toilet paper? Australia, England and the US all produce TP. In England, they interviewed the CEO of a TP company and he said they’ll have no problems meeting demands. The shortage is strictly due to massive buying…I’m still scratching my head on the reasons? Yes, I know panic buying doesn’t have to have a rhyme or reason, I’d just expect it to be something that made some sense somehow.

Think of all the TP sales the stores will be having in a few months when no one is buying it.

Yep…I’ll start looking for the sales in about a week…which is about the time my supply will run low. I usually order from amazon and had just had a delivery a few days before all the madness started.

As far as I can tell, I’m stocked up on everything for a few more days. Ay that point, I’ll need milk and coffee creamers, maybe bread. That’s about it! No ones starving in my house! I even have powdered milk which can be used in recipes…it’s awful as actual milk…and I can make bread. I won’t die without creamer either…so, I’ll just let the stores and people get back to normal. 🥴😉

If diarrhea was a symptom, that would make sense. It isn’t. If it was a product that was imported, that would be understandable. Even perishable goods make some sense. If toilet paper was predicted to be in short supply, that would really make sense…but it isn’t, not even close!

I guess we really can’t fix stupid! 😂😂😂

I think it’s just because people don’t want to be forced to go shopping if this thing gets bad. What I don’t understand is people buying water. The taps are still running!

Maybe they think it’s spread in the water supply! Bottled water just seems to be a typical reaction in disasters so I guess that just got carried over. Maybe THATS why toilet paper is bought, too!

Why does every business you’ve ever dealt with feel they have to send out a long email on how they’re dealing with Coronavirus??
