COTT- an act of vulnerability?

When I’m kneeling for COTT, while waiting for the priest I have a minute or so to get my thoughts together, which I really appreciate. I can say an act of contrition or another “Lord I am not worthy…” , so I always feel it’s a more reverent reception for me. :twocents:
