Crisis- Caring situation with my mother

If you already care for your sisters, how will this improve your situation? I’m sorry if I don’t understand, but how can that help you get some relief? Do your sisters have other carers that help them?

I guess if she is out from under your roof, you will at least have some peace in your own home, which is good. Well, that is very good, in fact.

Still praying for you. Ask for all the help you are entitled to.

Thankyou RJ yes I agree with you that it is not real relief for me but it is an improvement in that when I get home each day I can try to relax away from stressful situations.If my mother has a fall of course I will go over but I hope social services will give me extra support also. More hopefully will be resolved when the in depth assessment is done .

hugs n prayers from denver,

i to went thru a hard time taking care of mom in a different way but it was still hard, as i look back i so wish that i had used a good, reliable nursing home to help her and me also, i think she would have lasted longer and been in better health also.

she needed a full time nurse / doctor and i wasnt that. and i didnt have access to meds like a good dr would of have 24/7. i so wish i would have been able to take her to a good one. we both could have had a little break from pills etc and we would have had a normal daughter/mother relationship instead of me playing nurse and a bad one at that.
