I know that, I was simply agreeing with the post that said that one could have envelopes from more than one parish without being a member of those parishes. We never considered that pharmacist a member of our parish, aware that he was a parishioner in another diocese at the time.
He wanted a receipt so he just requested envelopes to use when he was in our community because it was easier for him to do that than write a cheque, or drop by the office to make sure his donation was recorded in his name.
