Sadly, they are relentless. I look forward to their calling at my door. I have a few challenges for them that they want to duck. Since they cannot accept nothing printed, I plant seeds of doubt about their organization and its litany of failed prophesies, among various other objections. Calling them Protestant irks them, but they use sola scriptura and the 66 book Luther canon of scripture, two of the defining elements of protestantism.

The send it to everyone. There are lists of people in communities that they can purchase, and do.

Our Lord’s miraculous image and the bloodstains on His burial shroud reveal that His blood from His wrist nail wounds ran down His arms at an angle rather than vertically. Therefore His arms must have been held up at an angle as depicted on a crucifix.

The JW’s used to come over to my home, and we had some interesting conversations. They invited me to their “Kindom Hall,” and I asked if I could bring a photo of the Shroud of Turin. They would not allow me to do that, so I never went.

Is there a standard definition for stake anyway? (I admit I am missing the point)

My typical question to JW’s is if it were a Christian cross (with a cross-piece), what Greek word would they have used to describe this instead of “stauros”?
